As a stager, I work to incorporate what you already own...paring down to the most gracious presentation of your home. Often it means spending very little for an amazing effect. I can also stage an empty home, making it easier for buyers to visualize how rooms can be used. I also help update homes that clients plan to live in, working with what they already own in order to make the best use of the budget. Often easy fixes, such as lamps, lighting, a new rug, or paint can update a room tremendously. Not sure how to arrange a room? What color to paint it? Hire me for a consultation visit. This home was a beloved family home of a recent widow. I used much of what she owned and only purchased a few things. The bulk of my time was spent clearing and editing the lifetime of collected items.
This family won my heart for so many reasons. They left for a ten day Disney vacation and left the makeover... to me. The house sold in one hour, online. We painted, changed light fixtures and organized each room to be...perfect.

This stunning home on the hill needed a color and pattern update. I added calming neutrals to the wall colors, pared down accessories, and added new art. These clients were the recipients of my free staging expertise and their only expense was the bill to the painter.
These homeowners recently moved into this home and wanted to take advantage of a Masters rental market. We worked with what they had, moving toward a fresh, updated neutral look.
